I am a potent ball of fire! I am my own affirmation! This is the best way to describe what is surging through my DNA! I’m off the charts with vigor, physical sensations and fantastic emotions! I LOVE this feeling, I feel so alive, my heart is full and I want to live!

Balance is what I’m sourcing and this is what I’m learning, meditate, meditate, meditate. Meditation is helping me create poise within. Spending time with my animals and in nature is calming my nervous system. Exercising my body smooths out the zig zags, keeps me strong and grounded. Nurturing massage is allowing me to safely let go and feel loved. By staying in touch with my friends, they remind me that I am an earthly being.

Taking care of me and learning to love myself all over again is priority. Do this, do this, do this!! I guarantee your world will change to best serve your highest good! Can you tell I had a spectacular day?!

Are you willing to be open and receptive to all good?! Stop all attempts to step out of the box, just throw the box away! Take a risk. If it doesn’t work out, do something different. If you make a mistake, learn from it because it’s not the end of the world. Speak your truth and if you don’t know what your truth is, find it!

This past October I was experiencing ill related symptoms that were impacting my physical and emotional well-being. I knew something was wrong and I was rattled because I didn’t know the source of the symptoms. I was doing all the right things to keep my health and lively conditions sustained and none of it was working. I was eating wholesome foods including Sunrider, maintaining my daily exercise regime and getting to bed at a reasonable time for restful sleep.

I was not rested, I was fatigued. I was experiencing severe energy depletion, pressure headaches, vision problems, nausea, body pain, low blood pressure, and memory loss. The inability to recall memory from something that I just read and topics that I am well versed in was creating great alarm. I was feeling ashamed because my learning curve was challenged. This was saddening because I am a brilliant woman. Something was slowing me down in a very depressing way. I was in a smothering fog.

As I recollect, Louie, my most sensitive cat was feeling challenged as well. Same symptoms as myself, nausea, lethargy, and he actually purged …. I thought he was mirroring me because he has a tendency to do just that.

Here’s what I learned. Wednesday, November 30th, I had to call our gas company to turn on the gas and relight the pilot light in my furnace. The gas company had been working all over town replacing gas lines. That particular week it was my street, thank goodness and the Universe. When the gas service man arrived and tested the furnace, he said ‘I have good news and bad news. I just saved your life and you have no heat. This furnace needs repair or replacement due to high quantities of carbon monoxide.’ Voila, I was experiencing carbon monoxide poisoning! I googled and check marked my symptoms. Once I learned of the cause, I took action. I reached out to my spiritual friends and requested support and healing. Healing in whatever way they were capable and were willing to offer. The troops showed up in every imaginable way to express their love and support.

My dear friend of 30 years offered one of her specialties, Indigo Biofeedback. She called me and we immediately had a session. I was so ready, open and receptive. I remember feeling like I was in a thick haze and I knew some major cleansing was going to have to happen. After our session and throughout the day I was already feeling a sense of buoyancy. Then the next day, a major purge of toxins. That was a tough day. By the third day my flame was burning bright! Now I truly feel like a being of light. Literally a being of light. Dream clarity, razor sharp intuition and knowingness coming through in a BIG way. I have energy to carry on my day physically and emotionally. Energy to walk into the gym for my total and complete workout with a smile on my face!

I am urging you to be proactive and schedule a session with Trisha. You don’t have to be feeling bad to do this, only willing to receive such a gift of transformation. Satisfactory ending to “Mouse in the House” tail …

There is closure to the “Mouse in the House” tail. Trust me, I am an ally to both parties, not an easy pair of boots to wear. Monday night was a bit sleepless because of the sporadic prey and predator energy. By Tuesday mid-day, the saga came to a satisfactory ending. While the cats were away, the mouse ran out the open door to freedom with a piece of “SmartPop” in her mouth. I know, I know, it doesn’t rhyme … and the witnessing was incredibly beautiful! I am grateful for this experience. It offers more and more contemplation, insight, and connection to life and spirit. Some of the most unconsidered and smallest entities can offer such huge learning to those who are willing to be aware and to receive.

This morning while I was on the phone with a client in the middle of a session, one of my cats, Isabel Two, comes in with a live mouse in her mouth. Usually when this rare occasion occurs, I am able to scoop the mouse up and deliver the small creature to WildCare, easy peasy. This time the cute little guy was able to escape my attempts of rescue, while my client was still on the phone and very understanding of my distracting drama. I had to put Isabel Two on the deck, close the door and let the tiny one run free in our home space.

Well, to say the least, I cannot track her. I had to leave for another appointment and so I put a piece of “SmartPop” popcorn on the floor just to let her know it’s okay and I have no intentions of hurting her. I also wanted to be kept apprised of her availability. I returned to find the popcorn gone. It appears that Miss animal communicator, that’s me, is having an off day intuitively. I am completely unable to connect with this brilliant and whiskery creature.

Well it’s almost 8:00 p.m. and so far, nada. If I knew any less I would believe she found her way out. You see, I know better, she found her way in. Her way into a safe and warm shelter with 2 cats and plenty of good eating. Hmmm, the saga continues …

When WOLVES swim across a river, they do so in a way that nature has shown them to keep from being swept away. One wolf will bite the tail of the one in front of it, and so on, and then they will all swim across as a chain, so that no harm can come to them.

The Greeks say that the goddess Ergane invented weaving, but in reality nature itself taught the SPIDER how to spin. The spider did not imitate or study anything, and it does not have to go looking for spinning materials, but instead pulls them out of her own belly and then makes traps for insects, spreading them like nets on the sea. Not even the most skilled human weaver can compare to the spider, whose web outdoes hair in thinness.

Other birds are afraid of EAGLES, the king of birds, and cower when an eagle comes near. And not only that: if you take some eagle feathers and mix them into a bunch of feathers from other birds, the former will last forever, while the latter soon disintegrate.

I want to share with you an offbeat little book that was given to me from a dear friend because I love nature and I love animals. I must say, this book surely hooked my interest because it stands alone from most animal books I have ever read. I had never heard of Claudius Aelianus. I’ve learned that he is known to us as Aelian, born sometime between A.D. 165 and 170 in the hill town of Praeneste, what is now Palestrina, just 25 miles from Rome, Italy. Maybe that explains the eccentricity. This man collected ideas and insights and wrote stories about his perception of animal consciousness. Remember, this is in the days of imperial Rome! Although I cannot be sure whether Aelian believed what he wrote to be true, his collection is exotic, whimsical and … some stories even hold a feel of authenticity. I can only imagine what it must have been like back then to contemplate his writings or to actually be the man himself. I endorse this little treasure because it’s an eye opener, fun and it can get the juices flowing in thought. Take some time to check it out!

What’s going on here? Who is that watching us? I know we are a marvel. This is how it is, a new world. This time we shall be honored and treated with respect and kindness. Some are getting wiser and more respectful, and some are not. We are safe, for now anyway. I know we are going to be allowed to fly and be free without disruption. To be in flight with the wind from tree to tree, from place to place, to be. That’s all there is, is to be. Can you be one? Can you be, just to be? That’s what it’s all about. Here we go again, another chance to live and to be. I wish for you ease of fortune. Be peace, as peace is within you. You may think us young, we are not. We have been here before, we are here again. How are you doing? Be kind. Be of service. Be wise. Be calm. Be one.

Being Our Essential Nature

I was sad one day and went for a walk;
I sat in a field.

A rabbit noticed my condition and came near.

It often does not take more than that to help at times-

to just be close to creatures who
are so full of knowing,
so full of love
that they don’t–
chat,

they just gaze with
their marvelous understanding.

Take a day, an hour or just a moment to consciously choose to observe any of God’s creatures. There is so much to learn from them about living and trusting our own essential nature.
